I am finally 5 years old! I had a really lovely day last week, even if I did have to go to school!
I came down in the morning and mummy and daddy had decorated the lounge and laid out all my presents!
After I had opened them all, (which took ages as I had all the ones from my party as well - and made Daddy late for work!) I had my breakfast and went to school.
I had a fun day at school, everyone called me "the birthday boy" all day and Mrs Henderson let me sit on the special chairs along with two friends - I picked Matthew and Alex. At the end of the school day I gave out sweets to everyone in my class.
When I got home, Marie and Charlie, Lisa, Danny and Abbie, Michael, Kim and Alfie and Nanny Peggy all came round for tea. We had yummy pasta and garlic bread and then I had ANOTHER birthday cake (only a small one as I was going on holiday the next day!).After we all had played in the garden and had some cake, everyone went home and I had a nice bath ready for me going on holiday the next day!
So, I am now five at last (like most of the people in my class!) and I much prefer it to being 4!
