Another friend to tea!

Now that Mummy has got the hang of this "having a friend to tea" business, Elliott came to tea last week. We had a great time. We played on the DS, out in the garden and with some of my toys. After tea (we had pizza) when it was dark, Daddy took us out in the garden to have some sparklers we had left over from Fireworks night. We then came in and had an ice lolly and played spys (hence the dark glasses!). I love having friends to tea! I am going to Elliott's house tomorrow for tea and I am very excited!

Halloween part 3: Trick or treating!

When Charlie and Abbie came round we had great fun going trick or treating. We all took our buckets and looked for houses decorated with halloween things to knock on. We knocked on Eve's door opposite and she gave us some little bars of chocolate. After that it appeared that no one else had entered into the spirit of Halloween so we came home! After a group photo I went with Lisa and Marie to their mum's house for a party and to trick or treat in Aldershot. Daddy picked me up at 8pm and I was tired but still very excited!

Halloween part 2: scary room!

Daddy really entered into the spirit of Halloween(!) and decorated our toy room with lots of scarey halloween decorations. We had our pumpkin in the window (with a candle in) and lots of dangly skeletons, banners and pictures of spiders.

I dressed up as a scary skeleton.

Halloween 1: Making a pumpkin lantern

I helped Mummy pick out a great big pumpkin for Halloween. On the afternoon of Halloween Daddy helped me to scrape out all the seeds and carve a face into it. It looked great.

Crazy dressing up!

Last Sunday, we were feeling a bit wild in the afternoon, so Sam and I dressed up! I had trouble deciding what I wanted to be, so I just picked some clothes and put them on!

More muffins!

Following on from Mummy's pancakes, we then went on to bake some muffins to take into Daddy's work. We made chocolate fudge ones, and mini jam doughnut ones with cinnamon on top. We had lots of fun baking them, Mummy let me weigh out the ingredients. However there was stacks of washing up to do afterwards! My favourite ones were the chocolate ones, they were yummy!

Pancakes!

A couple of Sundays ago Mummy was feeling in a particularly domestic mood! She whipped up some batter and made us Scotch pancakes for breakfast, (or drop scones as they were called in Mummy's cook book!)

I have to say they were delicious with lots of golden syrup on and I managed to eat five!
