Driving the jeep!

Now that the weather is getting better we have been able to play in the garden. At the weekend we got Charlie's jeep out of the garage and I had great fun driving round the garden. Sam liked me driving him as well!

Charlie's 3rd Birthday Party

Charlie had his 3rd birthday last week and his party was at Connaught Leisure Centre (where I used to go to nursery). We had a great time bouncing on the bouncy castle and in the ball pond and then we got to eat our party lunch.

Everyone had a really good time.

Bingo Night!

Last Friday was Family Bingo night at my school. Mummy had the night off work, and Lynn, Eve, Mummy and I all went up to my school at 6pm to play bingo. We played 2 games of bingo and then played picture bingo and then had a jacket potato supper. After 3 more games of bingo (where I didn't win anything!) we had the raffle. I was very pleased when we won a Pokemon rucksack and a red power ranger. I use my new rucksack everyday for school now! So even though we didn't win at Bingo we still had a lucky night!

During half term I got to see my friend Matthew, whom I don't see very often as I am always at school when my Mummy visits his Mummy!

Even though Matthew is only 3 we always have a great time playing together!

My friend Isabelle!

I have a friend called Isabelle whom I have known since I was a baby. Mummy is friends with her Mummy (who's name is Sue) and when they were both pregnant Isabelle was due before me. However, since I was 2 weeks early and Isabelle was a week or so late I beat her and I am 2 days older then she is!

We used to meet up quite a lot but it is harder now we are both at school, however our Mummy's do try to get together in the holidays so we can play. Isabelle and her brother Jack came round in half term and we had a great time playing together.

A trip to Disneyland Paris!

We went to Disneyland Paris over Valentine's weekend. As I had an Inset day on friday (13th) we chose to go on that day to hopefully beat the half term rush!

We had to get up at 3am as we had to drive to Dover to catch out ferry at 5.55am! Hannah slept at our house that night and even Sma was excited when we got up! We had fun on the ferry, (even though Mummy and Hannah felt a bit sick!) and then we had nearly a 3 hour drive from Calais to Paris. Mummy kept nagging me to try and have a sleep but I was much too excited! I played on my DS most of the way. When we got there, we went straight to the park. We had a great afternoon meeting Mickey and Minnie and going on some of the rides. I really liked the Buzz Lightyear ride, and I was even brave enough to go on Thunder Mountain with Mummy and Hannah. ( I did scream a lot when I was on the ride but I think I enjoyed it!).

We left the park around 4.30pm as we were feeling very cold and very tired! We visited Marie, Lisa, Danny, Abbie and Charlie in their room and then we went to our room to get ready! Our room was great as I got to sleep in the top bunk (with Hannah on the bottom). We got changed and went back to the Disney Village for tea in the Rainforest Cafe with everyone. After tea we left Lisa and Marie and went back to our room since we were so sleepy. Sam and I both feel asleep in about 2 minutes - I had been up for 16 hours after all!

The next day we all got up bright and early as we had booked a character breakfast. It was brilliant as not only did we get to eat lots of yummy food, we got to meet lots of the Disney characters. Charlie was a bit frightened of them but I loved getting lots of autographs and cuddles!

We then went straight into the park (beating some of the crowds since the gates don't open until 10am). We went on lots of rides and had a really lovely day since the sun was out and it wasn't as cold as on the friday. We also got to meet the Disney Princesses and Winnie the Pooh and Tigger. We had pizza for lunch and watched a brilliant show - Mickey's Winter Wonderland. We watched the parade and then Lisa, Danny, Marie, Charlie and Abbie had to go home (they only stayed for one night as Ben was still at home!). We stayed in the park for a bit longer and Hannah and I met Jessie and Woody.

We had a McDonalds for tea and then went back to the hotel - Sam and I both were asleep within 5 minutes - must be all the fresh air!

On Sunday morning we had breakfast in the hotel and then we had the long drive back to Calais. However, Daddy drove so quickly we managed to catch the earlier ferry and after having some tea at home we went to collect Maddie from Nanny's house!

I had a FANTASTIC weekend and I can't wait to go back to Disney again soon!
