Now I'm 5!

I am finally 5 years old! I had a really lovely day last week, even if I did have to go to school!

I came down in the morning and mummy and daddy had decorated the lounge and laid out all my presents!
After I had opened them all, (which took ages as I had all the ones from my party as well - and made Daddy late for work!) I had my breakfast and went to school.

I had a fun day at school, everyone called me "the birthday boy" all day and Mrs Henderson let me sit on the special chairs along with two friends - I picked Matthew and Alex. At the end of the school day I gave out sweets to everyone in my class.

When I got home, Marie and Charlie, Lisa, Danny and Abbie, Michael, Kim and Alfie and Nanny Peggy all came round for tea. We had yummy pasta and garlic bread and then I had ANOTHER birthday cake (only a small one as I was going on holiday the next day!).

After we all had played in the garden and had some cake, everyone went home and I had a nice bath ready for me going on holiday the next day!

So, I am now five at last (like most of the people in my class!) and I much prefer it to being 4!

My 5th Birthday Party

On Saturday 28 June I had my 5th Birthday party at the Harlington Centre. I invited 18 of my friends, lots from school and also Jack, Isabelle, Ellie, Thomas, Eve and of course Charlie and Alfie! (Abbie was in Italy and couldn't come!)

We did lots of bouncing on the 2 bouncy castles and then had some lunch, (sandwiches crisps, drinks, and a gingerbread man). I then blew out the candles on my lovely rainbow cake Nanny and Grandad got me (after several attempts).

We did some more bouncing and then everyone went home (much to mummy and daddy's relief!).

Sam had a great time as well, he ran around the hall in his walker and wore himself out!

Fun in the Sun!

On Monday I was lucky enough to have some of my friends to tea. Alex, Katie and Maddie came round after school and because it was so hot we were allowed to play in the paddling pool.

Daddy even set my water slide up, which was very slippery but great fun.

We all had a great time and got soaked. Mummy cooked my favourite pasta for tea with garlic bread and even made a fruit salad.

Mummy and daddy were very impressed that no one argued and we didn't even make a mess!

Trip to Hayling

I was lucky enough to spend the night in Danny's mum's caravan a couple of weeks ago. It was a bit of a squash, with Daddy, Lisa, Danny, Abbie, Marie, Charlie, Hannah and Jade (and Benson) staying as well!

We were lucky that it didn't rain and we had great fun on the beach and in the fun fair. I was a really good boy and went straight to sleep, although I'm not sure everyone was happy I was awake at 5.15am the next morning.

Mummy and Sam stayed at home - think they missed me though!
